AEMA to celebrate 130 years of forging the future

The American Exploration & Mining Association is holding its annual meeting and exposition in Sparks, Nevada, December 1-6.

Under the theme, “I am Mining: Celebrating 130 Years and Forging the Future with Mining’s Mettle,” AEMA’s 2024 meeting and exposition promises to be filled with insightful discussions, innovative ideas, and meaningful connections.

Hosted at the Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, Nev., the six-day event includes nine short courses, 29 technical sessions, an exhibit hall, two keynote luncheons, and several networking opportunities. Early bird registration is currently available online at AEMA’s website, www.miningamerica.org, through November 17. After that date, registration will be completed on-site with an additional $50 late fee.

AEMA’s annual meeting and exposition is the longest running, and second-largest annual mining convention in the United States. It provides a dynamic platform for industry professionals, experts, and emerging leaders to collaborate, share new ideas, and address key challenges within the mining life cycle.
